Conduct matters and records are handled as confidential educational records to the extent permitted by law (including FERPA) and Midwestern University policy.
Retaliation against any person for reporting, participating, or refusing to participate in a conduct process is prohibited and may constitute a separate violation.
Midwestern University may share information with officials who have a legitimate educational interest, and with clinical affiliates as required by affiliation agreements, patient safety obligations, or law.
