Records and Recordkeeping

  1. Disciplinary investigation and outcome records are maintained by the Office of the Dean of Students.
  2. Appeal records are maintained by the Office of the President.
  3. Record retention will follow Midwestern University’s records retention schedule and legal requirements.
  4. A student may request access to records relating to their matter in accordance with Midwestern University’s educational records access policy and applicable law.
  5. Records may be shared internally as needed for accreditation, licensure, patient safety, or compliance purposes consistent with law and policy.
