Requirements for the Use of MWU Computing and Communications Resources

Users must:

1. Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and with MWU policies;
2. Respect academic freedom and free speech rights;
3. Be truthful and accurate in personal and computer identification;
4. Respect the rights and privacy of others, including intellectual property rights;
5. Not compromise the integrity of electronic networks or stored data; and
6. Maintain the security of accounts.

Users are required to comply with University identity and access management controls, including the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) where required. Users may not disable, bypass, or attempt to circumvent security controls.
