All student and campus organizations must have the prior approval of the Dean of Students, the appropriate Academic Dean, and the Department of University Relations/Office of Communications when using any form of communication (i.e., stationary, email, letters) bearing the University logo/seal and/or college seal.
All flyers used to advertise a student organization, class, or club event must have the prior approval of the Dean of Students (or their designee). Use of non-pay university copiers and faxes for the purpose of disseminating such information must have prior approval of the Dean of Students (or their designee).
Items used for fundraising (t-shirts, book bags, etc.) that contain the University/College seal/logo must be approved by the appropriate Academic Dean and the Dean of Students (or their designee) prior to submission of the purchase order.
Student or student organization business cards bearing the college and/or university seal/logo must be approved by the Dean of Students (or their designee) and the Department of University Relations, including the Office of Communications.
MWU students may not officially represent the University and/or its colleges at any local, state, or national student-oriented organization that is not recognized by the University.
