Unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise prohibited communications, as defined by applicable law and University policy, are prohibited.
Use of MWU computer resources for private business or commercial activities, fund-raising, or advertising on behalf of non-MWU organizations is prohibited.
The unauthorized reselling of MWU computer resources is prohibited.
Unauthorized use of university trademarks or logos is prohibited.
Misrepresenting or forging the identity of the sender or source of an electronic communication is prohibited.
Unauthorized attempts to acquire or use passwords or accounts of others are prohibited.
Unauthorized modification or deletion of another person’s files, accounts, or data is prohibited.
Interception of communications without authorization is prohibited.
Infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights is prohibited.
Interference with or disruption of computer or network services, including the intentional propagation of malware, is prohibited.
Failure to comply with requests from appropriate MWU officials to discontinue activities that threaten system integrity is prohibited.
